Mr. NIASSE holds a Masters in Business Law, Insurance & Bank option, and a Masters in Finance.
After various experiences in different sectors, particularly in BICIS Bank (Department of Legal Affairs and Litigation), to ALLIANCE INSURANCE (Sinister Department and Litigation), and PORT OF DAKAR (Legal Service and Operations Department), he integrated OPTIMA CONSORTIUM a financial intermediation and advisory cabinet where he was in charge of Legal and human Resources. Mr. NIASSE then worked in freelance consultancy on behalf of SMEs in the informal sector, before creating with a French partner an industrial cleaning company where he was occupying the Administrative and Commercial manager position. He also owns and run with his family an 8 hectares farm. His 18 years’ experience in this field explains his good knowledge in agribusiness that allowed him to be the Financial and Administrative manager of the “Générale Alimentaire Africaine” a business company dealing in the rice production, transformation, and trading between 2012 and 2014 and also as Agribusiness Consultant of EXELEADMEN Africa since March 2014.
Mr. NIASSE is also very involved in the promotion of youth activities and organizations like the Global Youth Innovation Network. He was nominated as the Deputy General Secretary of the Senegal Chapter in 2012, he became in 2013 the responsible of the ‘I AM A GYINER CAMPAIN”, and then, since early 2014 he is part of the International coordination team and serves as a Francophone Program Officer.
Mr NIASSE speaks fluently the Wolof, the Senegalese local language, has excellent writing skills in French and a good knowledge in English.
