Mohamed Lamine Diop (Lumer), specializes in web application development. He served as technical manager, webmaster, and is currently a Development Engineer/Web Project Manager at ITECH Solutions, in Senegal, where he is responsible for maintenance and development tools for the company and its customers.
He also worked as a Web Services Consultant for Phelps Stokes in Washington DC where he developed the Global Youth Innovation Network (GYIN) and the Phelps Stokes websites in order to attract an online market for Young global entrepreneurs.
Lumer worked at NOVOSEN in Dakar, Senegal as a Developer PHP and Technical Manager; and at DIGISEN as a Technical Manager where he implemented website specifications. He is an active member of the Give1Project and GYIN.
