Ms. Ba is currently an Administrative Specialist to the Dean of Academic Affairs at the Africa Center for Strategic Studies, a U.S. Department of Defense agency. Prior to that she served as an Assistant Grants Administrator at the United States Institute of Peace and as a Development Associate for The Africa Society. As Development Associate, Ms. Ba played a vital role in the implementation of the organizations core programs, which include: *Teach Africa*, *Conversation and Dinner with African
Ambassadors’ Series*, *Ambassador Andrew Young Lecture Series*, and the*Presidential Tour *in partnership with the Travel Channel. She recently joined the
Exeleadmen International Consulting as a Partnerships and Contracts Manager.
Ms. Ba holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University, a Diploma in Public Finance from the London School of Economics and a Masters of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University.
