
Osee Romeo served as a lecturer, instructing French, German, Project Management. Then, as President /Country – Coordinator of United Planet (US-based non-profit with mission to Cameroon). In 2007, Osee Romeo founded an ICT Learning Centre for Youths in Cameroon and in 2008 co-founded in France an educational non-profit (La Communauté des Sceaux) promoting the Right of the Children in compliance to the convention of 1959/1989. Osee has been involved in various developmental and humanitarian work, including ATD-quart Monde (France), UN, UNV Programme (Bolivia, Pakistan), and Compétences Solidaires (Cameroon & France), and worked as the Assistant – Program Officer of the Edinburgh’s International Award under the Ministry of Youth in Gabon, and attached to the Embassy of the Republic of France. In 2008, Osee joined the University Community Partnership for Social Action Research in the capacity of Regional Coordinator for Cameroon (Central Africa), The Gambia (West Africa). He was elected in 2010 as an Assistant Facilitator / Head of Operations, coordinating the Region of Africa. Then, in 2013, he was promoted as an Associate Director in charge of International Cooperation. Osee is a member of the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy and had joined the ICD initiative on the “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” (CPPCG), a call to create an Independent Committee within the UN to revisit and review the Genocide Convention. Currently, Osee is the Volunteer Coordinator for Special Olympics Arizona.
